When the "move down with subpoints" button is used, OOo starts using 100% of CPU
time and will freeze.

To reproduce:
- open the provided example
- move text cursor to the second line (2. werwrwe)
- if Toolbar "Bullets and Numbering is not displayed", enable it viea view-menue
- press toolbar button "Move down with subpoints" 
->OOo hangs.

This happens on Windows and Linux.
