1. create a new presentation document;
2. insert a Vertical text frame, input some text;
3. click Centered/Align Right in the Text Formatting Bar, nothing had happened.

it is the same in Swriter.

if you insert a Text Frame, input some text, and click "Text direction from top 
to bottom" in the Text Formatting Bar, then click Centered/Align Right, it 
really work

setting to NEW as WG can reproduce.
