As it is the Open Office 1.0 is not able to accept Chinese characters entered 
by the use of Handwriting tablets both on the Microsoft Windows or Linux 
Operating System!

There are handwriting tablets and software that can input Chinese
characters to other software on Microsoft windows and Linux. However,
these software will not input the Chinese characters to Open Office
1.0. Or look at it from another point of view, the Open Office 1.0
does not accept characters from these software!

Beside using tablet there is other method for inputing chinese. hope
OOo can support it

Please provide more information _why_ OO.o does not support such
software. Does this software use proprietary interfaces? If so, we
will not support it.

OpenOffice.org Issue Tracker - Feedback Request.

The Issue you raised has the status 'New' pending further action, but has not
been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):
http://download.openoffice.org/3.0beta/
