Description floeff+ooo 2005-12-09 20:01:15 UTC
The association for MS Office extension do not work during setup.
If I mark DOC, XLS and PPT, no association is made.

When re-running the setup through the control panel and then re-assigning, it
works fine.

Bug has not been in 2.0.0.

Hi I can confirm this issue with 2.0.1 RC4, german version on WinXP

Reproduce it with following steps:
- Install 2.0, custom installation, change installation path, select all MS file
types that are to be opended with OOo
- Start OOo to create user profile, close OOo and Quickstarter
- MS Office Documents are now automatically opened with 2.0
- Install 2.0.1 RC4 in the same way
- Start 2.0.1 RC4
- MSO Files are now opened with MSO again

Bug also occurs when *not* changing the default installation path. It also
occurs when using %PROGRAMFILES%\OpenOffice.org 2.0
