Steps to replicate:

1) Start impress.
2) Select "Layouts"->"Title Slide".
3) Input some letters in the title. Then select "Layouts"->"Title, Text"(the
title in edit mode).
4) Ok, select the title and go to edit mode. The "Line and Filling" toolbar
should be display error. Normal, The "Text Formatting" toolbar should come, not
"Line and Filling" toolbar.
