Description sficke 2006-01-01 20:44:15 UTC
I wrote a *.odt file and saved my work. Then i closed the Application. Now i
want to open that document and nothing happens. The soffice.BIN in the
Taskmanager takes 100% CPU-power and the Application "OpenOffice.org Writer"
freezes. If somebody is interested in, I can send the file for testing.

My System:
AMDxp 2400
512mb RAM
win2k sp4

MRU->OD: I suspect the object positioning here. The document contains a lot of
formula objects, which are anchored "to character".
Comment 4 sficke 2006-01-04 19:46:30 UTC
Yes I made a lots of formula objects, and then i saved the document as odt and
as a pdf-file. Then i closed the program without an error.

accepted.

first investigation reveals:
- assertion 'Looping Louie' comes up endlessly, indicating layout loop on page 1.
Comment 6 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2006-05-15 08:52:44 UTC
re-target to OOo 2.x, because OOo 2.0.3 deadline missed.
Comment 7 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2007-11-07 10:39:50 UTC
No longer reproducible in OOo 2.3 and SRC680m234.
Comment 8 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2007-11-07 10:41:04 UTC
OD->MRU: Please verify and close this issue
Comment 9 michael.ruess 2007-11-08 11:14:20 UTC
Reopen to mark as "fixed".
Comment 10 michael.ruess 2007-11-08 11:16:20 UTC
OO 2.3 still shows the problem.
Checked this with OO 2.3.1 and OO 2.4 dev build 680m236. Works now correctly.
Comment 11 michael.ruess 2007-11-08 11:17:07 UTC
Closed, works fine since OO 2.3.1.
