2.0.1 has several critical problems for Thai.  We need to create a localized
build that fixes them.

This bug will serve to record the patches incorporated.

We are also incorporating and updated translation from:

The relevant issues are all dependencies on this issue, and each patch is also
attached to the relevant issues.

Also note that the way to build a installation set including both US English and
Thai appears to be:

cd instsetoo_native/util
dmake openoffice_en-US_th

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
