User used wrong module for mail merge wizard. Thus the then called help system
could not find anything about mail merge.

Recommendation: Enable cross application search in Help system.

Created an own issue for the cross application search functionality (issue 86223),
setting this one to P3, DEFECT, OOo 3.1 to keep it for verification after issue 
86223 has been fixed.
