Writer does not open corectly Word documents when there are floating text frames
over an image in a page header.

Can confirm with OOo-dev m151 WinXP SP2

There's much lost in the header after opening with OOo.
Word2k make a much better work.

Text frames in Word have the 'Adjustment' property set to 'None' but Writer does
not use this value for its own property. May be that is the problem...

MRU->OD: the textboxes are all ordered in front of the graphic anchored "as
character". This does not sdeem to be possible in OO Writer.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
