In the tools menu, the "Thesaurus..." and "Bibliography Database" menu items 
have the same default keyboard shortcut, T.  So typing ALT+T followed by T, 
rather than bringing up the thesaurus, as expected, opens the bibliography 
database instead.  I would suggest changing the bibliography database's default 
shortcut to B to avoid the conflict.

Kennis, nice catch.

Duplicated issue on Win NT 4.0, OO 1.0.

As Kennis has stated, the menu keyboard shortcut for Thesaurus and 
the Bibliography Database is the same.
