Description jwalter 2006-01-23 21:37:45 UTC
I had 'ignoring double blanks' (Doppelte Leerzeichen ignorieren) switched off.
Now my text is full of such double or triple blanks which I want to replace. It
is certainly possible to correct that by using find&replace. But perhaps it
would be nice to have a 'apply autoCorrect to paragraph' function

Reassigned to SBA.
Comment 2 stefan.baltzer 2006-02-07 13:00:27 UTC
SBA: When selecting a paragraph and doing format-AutoFormat-Apply And Edit
Changes, you can see what AutoFormat/Autocorrection can do. The settings can be
made via Tools-AutoCorrect, Tab page "Options" - There you can seperate certain
actions "While typing" and "while modifying existing text. At times, you can see
that Ignoring double spaces is implemented for "while typing" only.

So this request is to add "ignoring double spaces" to the "modify existing text"
column.
Confirmed. Reassigned to requirements
