Description jlcheng 2006-01-24 05:32:52 UTC
Steps to replicate:

1) Start impress.
2) Select "Open existing presentation"->"Open..." in dialog "Presentation
Wizard". Select a impress document and check "Read-only" on. But the opened
document is normal, not "Read-only".

Attachment file is open document dialog look like with m150.

replicated the bug on WinXP sp2, Pentium 3 with OOo2.0.1
the following is a follow up testing that show the "read-only" function
correctly when

opening the .odp file in the oo writer

1. open oo writer
2. open File-> Open
3. enable "Read-only"
4. select "readonly testing.odp"
5. observed that it does not allow any editing of the file

I have tried open "read-only testing.odp" on other oo application other than
Presentation, and the "Read-only" function works correctly except for the oo
Presentation which will replicate the bug. This bug is crucial since it will
cause a file that is supposed for read-only proposed to be edited.
