MRU->FLR: the Hebrwew Letters are in reversed order when they appear inside
Western Text. See attached sample.

on debian sid with OO 2.4.1

switching the entire text (paragraph) to ltr shows the hebrew text in correct
order. so i guess an rtl "silent mark" is missing before the hebrew text ?
