oo base does not provide an easy way to specify list boxes for foreign key
lookups. it would be great if this would be more easy:

1. automatically display a list box if hit a foreign key field while entering
data in a table.

2. specify the query and look of the list box when defining the tables foreign
key field.

3. if the list-box is displayed, entering characters should narrow the displayed
result.

4. allow to add a row to the lookup-table if you notice your value is not there.
maybe display a second button on the side of a dropdown, or have a value "<new>"
on top of the presented list.
