The background colour bucket Icon is easily overlooked. It is difficult to
identify as a tool for changing the background colour, since it always shows the
usually white background of the active cell. This intelligent function also
makes it hard to find and apply the colour that was applied last. 
Recommendation: Take back the intelligence of the icon one step: it is more
useful if the icon remembers and shows the last non-empty colour it was used to
apply.
