Other than the binary filter, where OLE images are only reloaded, when being
edited, XML based filter trigger the reload during the import.

The behavior should be smilar (adapted to the non reloading behavior of the
binary filter).

TEST SCENARIO:
Install the flat XML filter by using the copy.xsl stylesheet attached.

Load the fodt and odt and compare.

The reloading becomes visible when using a XP with a different setting for
'Lanugage for non  unicode program' than german, for example MAV PC.

The creation of new test document on MAV PC would have the same effect.
