The attached file has custom sum and average settings for the Channel field. 
They are not imported.  Is this functionality supported ?

User-defined (custom) subtotals for the inner-most row (or column) field. These
aren't supported. It looks possible to add them, but it's probably not the most
important thing at the moment.
