Hi,

it would be very usefull (at least for a customer of mine, who starts to migrate
to OpenOffice) if you could specify the number of columns in the Conversion:
Text->Table dialog. Imagine you have a number of z lines which you want to
convert into a table with x columns and z / x rows. Wouldn't be a big deal and
make the text->table conversion much more usefull.

Best regards
Henk

Would also like to be able to insert column of text into existing table. For
example, I'm frequently confronted with a columns of text as follows (simplified):
1
2
a
b
I would like to be able to create a table with 2 columns. 1 & 2 in the first
column and a & b in the second column (in separate rows). Unfortunately, you
cannot paste a column of text into a table and have it divided into separate rows.
