Description davidtee 2006-03-13 10:25:21 UTC
RedHat 8.0

I followed the installation instructions using to unpack the packages. It went
OK but didn't add any links to OpenOffice to the start menu.

I have managed to find the binary (in /opt/OpenOffice.org2.0/programs) and run
it myself.

What am I missing and how to I add it to the start menu.

Thanks,

David Tee

What instructions you're talking about? What Start Menu do you use on your
RedHat 8 (kde or gnome) and which version? Have you installed the related
menuintegration rpm? For support you should ask the mailing list
users@openoffice.org.
