Trying to create pleading paper with OOo.  Can't do it without using severe
hacks unless developers put in the ability to create a left vertical footer and
right vertical footer.

This is how M$ Word creates pleading paper.  Let's get the same feature into
OOo.  OOo needs to add this feature to get attorneys to adopt OOo Writer, which
will significantly increase the installed base.
