Description rjbutler 2006-03-16 01:53:48 UTC
Since upgrading to 2.0.2 "Ignore all" (or a user dictionary) doesn't recognise
words containing apostrophes. I have Windows installation of the same release
and this works as expected.

For instance, I do reports for widows and often quote the husband's name as
dec'd (for deceased). This will remain redlined if I try to "Ignore all" it or
if I put it in my own dictionary.

It is not entirely unrecognised however, because right-clicking on the
underlined word offers the formatting, not the spelling menu.
