Under Linux/KDE (and maybe other WM), when you open a menu in OpenOffice, then 
click on the title bar of the program, the menu should be closed. It is closed 
if the user clicks everywhere on the desktop, but the desktop is rarely 
visible. The user must therefore either move the mouse far away from the menu, 
or use Escape key. Annoying. 
 
OO 1.x did the job correctly.
