Description moonkid 2006-04-02 21:08:19 UTC
It is not possible to rotate pictures.

I have a picture in the clipboard. I insert it by Ctrl+V.

Now I want to rotate the picture/object by 90 or 180 Degress. It is not possible
this time.

Generally this is possible. Please explain why it does not work for you. Is the
position and size dialog not available? Don't you have the rotate-button in the
drawing toolbar? Thanks.

Sorry, I selected the wrong component. It was not "drawing" it was "writing".

I n die OO Drawer I can rotate them. But in the write I can not. But it should
be there!

Changing component and reassigning.
As a workaround you can paste the picture into draw or impress, rotate it there
and paste it back into writer.

closing duplicate.

So there are only closed duplicates, where is the open issue?
This issue IS NOT SOLVED.
So why has OO features like emboss and mirror and ... - there are implemented so
much things, but some essential features are ignored. Perhaps somebody can
integrate a rotate-button in the graphic bar (e.g. instead of the mirror-buttons)
