When pasting a diagram, the data range is lost, and we are not able to set one
anymore. On the example doc, try to :

- Copy the diagram in the page
- Click on a cell anywhere in the sheet
- Paste the diagram

The result is an empty diagram with no columns at all. In that diagram, we are
not able to modify the data range !

What is not working? Please be more specific.

Issue 72787 is about the clipboard feature of the contents of a chart when being
in in-place mode. This issue is about copying the whole chart as OLE object
(when it is not in-place active). See also Issue 64500 for clipboard of the
chart's content.
