Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 64652
Context menu for Impress Shows
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:42:56 UTC
Can you make a feature that allows a right-click menu in a Slideshow just like Powerpoint. It is much more convienent to navigate around a slideshow with a context menu that has buttons such as: forward, previous, pen, mouse, invisible, etc.
according to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/workflowcharts/RFE_issues_by_QA.sxd I reassign this issue to requirements and set the status to New
If this feature is added, I would suggest that it can be disabled as in PPT, tools>options> view>slide show with a check box to stop the context menu from appearing when you right click on the mouse, including a wireless mouse or wireless presenter. This is a deal breaker for us AV geeks that regularly give wireless mice to uninitiated presenters.
