Letter, Fax wizards fail to start. If you start the wizard, the default template
is opened, but afterwards the wizards hang. This template window cannot be
closed, so OOo has to be killed (setting P2)

To reproduce:
- start writer
- choose File - Wizards - Letter... (or Fax...)

-> a preview will be shown, but Wizard Dialog does not show
