Mail Merge Emailing - Ability to enter a field name for cc and bc

I'm creating a mail merge email that I would like to send to a list of people and their bosses which varies. I have a field in my datasource for the recipient's email address and another field with their director's email address. I'd like to be able to enter the director's email address field into the cc area of the mail merge email.

HI->OS: What do you think about a dropdownlist at this dialog, where the user can select the CC and BC data-field. And, there should be also an Add... button for more CC'S and BC's.

This issue is still unresolved in OOo 3 beta 2. How can this issue get addressed? It is critical for enterprise level functionality.
Any movement on this issue. I also would like to be able to get CC and BCC from spreadsheet. Right now only one CC for all emails in a merge can be specified - the email merge should have the ability to take the CC from data fields in the table so that there is a different CC for each email sent. Thanks
