Automated Test: framework\update\f_updt_pkgmgr.bas::tUpdtPkgmgr

Tested versions: SRC680m168/m169 and m0/m1
Tested platforms: Win 2000 / Win XP
Tested Languages: German, French, English (->all)
Confirmed by: OF
OK in: SRC680m167

Manual reproduction:
- import package
\\mahler\automat\qatesttool\framework\update\input\basic\Basic_Addon.zip
- disable package
- enable package
- export, save to local workdirectory
- export again, confirm to overwrite
- disable package
  -> The office freezes

This is not the shortest way to create the freeze but the most reliable

With the attached Addons.xcu, the problem was reproducible with simply enabling
and disabling the package (or doing those two steps multiple times in a row, if
it did not fail the first time through).
