When you add attributes like "bold" to a paragraph or to characters the button
looks activated if you put your cursor on the paragraph/characters in bold.

Currently, if a format (money/percent/standard) is activated in a cell, the 
button does not look activated. We could have a similar behaviour like the bold
property :

IMHO not necessary as a currency formatted cell will show currencys on entering
a number. Also most of the people will not have a look at the toolbar before
typing a number into a cell.

But it's not my decission so re-assigned to requirements.

In fact this was a proposal made by an attendee during an "OOo lesson". I quite
agree with him that this would make the UI more explicit (which is never bad for
users).

As I suppose (maybe I am wrong) that this must not be too difficult to be done,
it would be a small but nice improvement.
