Excel 2007 will have an useful formatting trick where you can represent the
value with in-cell diagram.

The real name of this function is:
Conditional formatting
 * Data Bars

(also there are options for Color scales and Icon sets)

Marking this as a duplicate of Issue 76145, simply because this seems to be
progressing slightly faster. Hope that's ok.
