【Step】 
1. Open file and enter some native language characters. 
2. Choose File --> Export and choose format as pdf or Choose File --> Export 
as PDF. 
3. Specify the filename with native language character. 
4. Click on Export. 
5. Specify the options and click on Export
【Expect Result】
The file should get saved in PDF format. 
The native language text should get saved correctly
【result】
Export as PDF,program exit,don't save.

Reporter, works for me.
Looking the issues reported by you, I think you have a corrupted (?) installation.

Try to repair ou reinstall.
Did you check the download md5sum ?
