MS has released this add-in :

An equivalent or OOo could be created.

Cited from this page:"This add-in enables you to embed a Creative Commons
license into a document that you create using the popular applications:
Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, or Microsoft Office Excel.
With a Creative Commons license, authors can express their intentions regarding
how their works may be used by others."

I'm glad to announce that I'll develop an OpenOffice CC extension that enables
to put CC licenses into documents. This project is taking part of Google Summer
of Code 2007 program. All comments and suggestions are welcome!
