while runnig the UNO-API-Test of dbaccess.ConnectionLineAccessibility the office
crashes. It seems to be at loading "".component:DB/QueryDesign" with
XComponentLoader.loadComponentFromURL()
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o dbaccess.ConnectionLineAccessibility

For aditional paramerer like 'DataBaseURL' and 'User' please contact me

msc : doesn't crash anymore but the test doesn't work. I don't know why.

I set the issue to verify because the crash is fixed. In the master it crash
after starting the test. In the cws there is no crash.
