There's a strange additional "Blank Page" when insert a manual page break with
"Change page number".

Reproduce:
1. Create a new text document
2. Insert->Manual Break...
3. Type: Page Break
   Style: Default
   Tick "Change page number" and fill 1 to the following text box
Then click "OK".

I can see only 2 pages in the editing area. But at the status bar, it says "Page
1/3". and when going to print view, there's an additional blank page next to the
first page.

You can choose not to print or export this pages.

It's a very old problem, see issue 3910.
