Within Writer:
  1. Desiring to print a page, the print dialog is opened.
  2. With the print dialog default set to "all", the user changes it to "pages"
and then prints.
  3. Often printing like this is done in a series, so having the default stay in
"pages" rather than resetting back to "all" would be useful.
