It is very simple suggestion: customized keyboard shortcuts are enabled to be 
saved to hd. It would be very comfortable if it was possible to save also the 
Menus and Tools custom settings. Thank you.

'aazrane', maybe you could see if the enhancement appears in a more current
version of OpenOffice (2.0.3). There is the option to save Menu and Toolbar
custom settings, either globally or per document. Does this provide a suitable
solution for your needs?

It´s possible to save the settings like ace_dent has mentioned via the customize
dialog. So this request for an enhancement is invalid.
