Because of the problem with missing assemblies after an update (see Microsoft
knowledge base article 905238 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905238/en-us) we
will increase the versions of all assemblies for every release.

Therefore disable the automatism that increases the versions when new types have
been added.
