Open attached bugdoc
Select first chart and click on the second outer ring. As you can see, the
selection handle for the biggest part is missplaced.

Select the second chart and click on the pie to show the selection handles for
the dataseries. as you can see, the handles are missplaced for a lot of pieces
especially the smaller ones.

The handles are currently placed in the middle of the bounding rectangle. A
better place would be in the middle of the object itself.

Changed prio. Furthermore the selection of a whole donut or pie series is a new
possibility in the new chart, so this is not a regression.
