The usage of the conditional stylöe setting "Table header" is static for the
first row of a table.
Since table headers can be configured, the conditional styles must take note of
this.

->FME: in SwCntntNode::IsAnyCondition( ) there's a check for 						
pBox->IsInHeadline( &pTblNd->GetTable() )  and this SwTableBox::IsInHeadline()
checks for the first line only.
