Hi,

OOo just produced a corrupted document. When I try to open it, OOo writer hangs
and does not respond. After killing it, the document recovery wizzard comes up.
If I select "Next >", the wizzard crashes as well.

I was fiddling with the Caption settings when OOo originally corrupted the document.

An attachment with the corrupted document will follow.

Confirm hang / crash  with
"2.0.X  WIN XP: [680m180(Build9056)]"
"2.0.2  German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]"

Tried with result WFM:
2.0 "(1.9.m118) English version WIN XP: [680m118(Build8936)]"
"2.0 German version WIN XP: [680m3(Build8968)]"

I created a crash report and will contribute ID asap.

The ID of the error report is rfcgg6. 

Do not worry concerning Version "680m118"! I had to create the error report with
that old version, becuase error report function is broken in 2.0.2.

Crash happened with 2.0.2

Changed Subcomponent because document can be opened with 2.0 and before.

The ID of the error report might als be 'rqrhg6', I can't find out which one was
creatd for which issue.

MRU->OD: please have a look, the attached document will cause a loop in SW right
when the view is painted. The document contains mainly outline paragraphs, a TOC
and a captioned graphic.

Investigation reveals, that the format of the caption frame containing the OLE
object causes trouble in the Writer layout engine.

Bug confirmed. I replicated it with OpenOffice version 2.0.3 using the "Linux
red 2.6.9-42.0.3 El." server. It crashed on both attachments. Although the later
one opens before crash occurs. I produced it using following system cofiguration:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Version 2002 Service Pack 2.
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4,
CPU 2.80 GHz,1.0 GB of RAM.

Loop does not occur anymore due to the implementation of some general loop
controls in the Writer layout engine, see issue 81146.
