All file format should be available for export purpose. Not only the pdf and
xhtml file format.
This way, I could once I finished to work on my document in od format export it
to  PDF and Word format and keep on modifying it. If I use the save function to
export my doc to word, I have to switch it back to OD having to confirm all
warning screens.

How about this for the enhancement request:

After export to non-ODF document, return focus to last screen in 
OpenOffice.org.  Should be simple to implement in all platforms.
