In the attached Document, there is following problem:

If you delete the enumeration before the headline "Number 2", the whole table on
the previous page is deleted too. Probably this is, because there is no
paragraph after the table on the previous page.

OT:
In this document also accours another, already reported problem:
If you make new headlines, there is a 2nd enumeration beginning with 1 again -
independently from the existing one. :(
