Hi.

Please have a look at the attached screenshot. The content of the "frame" on the
right side can be scrolled by the mouse wheele although the content does not
oversize the frame and there are no scrollbars.

I can scroll the content totally out of the viewable area!

Reproducible. I cannot scroll the content completely out of view but it works
for part. I guess this is possible because of the higher variety of layouts if
CTL and asian languages are supported. Reassigned.

"Masterseiten" is still affected by the bug.

I have been able to reproduce this issue on an OpenOffice 2.3 build, but not yet
on Windows.

set target from 2.x to 3.x according to
