When I try to print #10 envelopes, they appear blank.  When I use the
#10 envelope settings and plain paper, the printing appears at the TOP
left) of the paper, instead of the bottom (right) edge of the paper.

The HP Deskjet 880 series feeds envelopes into the right side, corresponding 
to the bottom of landscape documents.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
