The writer keeps cycling through the file recovery process. No way to exit from
the loop. The file is at http://khmer.hawaii.edu/tempdownload/openoffice/error.odt

I have no problem opening this file (Windows and Linux).
I also installed the "Khmer OS System" font with which you formatted your document.
If you get a crash reprot please send it including your OpenOffice.org e-mail
and this issue number address so that we can find it in our database.
