As per this issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=70665 ,this 
is a followup.

It seems that default setting will omit font colours when exporting to pdf.

Not only!
It also seems like a printer setting have to be changed for font colours to 
appear in the pdf. Maybe this is logic to some, but most definately not to me, 
and certainley many with me.

Therefore I wish that the user interface regarding these settings be cleaned up 
a bit and made more logical/intuitive.
