Please allow page up and page down in handout view.  This feature would be very 
useful both as a print preview and a quick way of reviewing a presentation.  If 
you add this feature, it would also be very helpful if double-clicking on a 
slide in handout view would switch to normal view, positioned at that slide for 
editing.
