include a link in menu bar: goto issuezilla: for example next to Help menu:

..., window, help, issuezilla


so that I can directly select the project I have to file an issue for.


Perhaps make it an option in the options menu. (it should also just call the 
current browser window, _if_ issuezilla is open in that already)

This would be good for debug/nighly builds, 
Mozilla does something similar.  

I would not recommend it for stable release builds.
