As the sch module will be removed completely please remove all sch related code
from the calc and replace it by access via the new chart2 API. Please also
replace the access via the old chart API by the new chart2 API.
While replacing code please check wether there are unrecognized features left and
create new issues for them then.
The old data range dialog can also be removed.

verified in CWS chart2mst3 milestone10. Chart in calc works without sch lib.
