Crash when select 'Form Wizard' or 'Report Wizard' of a table.
I've tested on Korean/Traditional chinese Windows XP.

Steps to reproduce
1. Invoke Staroffice Base and create a new database.
2. Create a table.
3. Reight-click the created table and select 'Form Wizard' or 'Report Wizard'
4. Application is crashed.

this is a duplicate of issue 70635 , which is allready fixed in OOE m2 or SRC m192
